3. Payments

Payment is due upon project completion and after your approval of the website. We accept payments via PayPal or bank wire transfer.

There are no upfront costs or deposits required. Full payment is made only after the successful completion and approval of your website.

The only additional cost beyond the project fee is the monthly maintenance fee of $200 after the first year if you choose to continue with our update and support services.
4. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting is included in our services unless you choose to use your own hosting provider. We handle all technical aspects of hosting to ensure your website runs smoothly.
4.2. Free Updates
We provide free updates, including content changes, template updates, plugin updates, and technical adjustments, for the first year.
4.3. Ongoing Maintenance
After the first year, ongoing maintenance and support are available for a fee of $200 per month.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you provide. Q-webs Agency retains ownership of the customizations and design work until full payment is received.
5.2. Use of Templates
The WordPress templates used are subject to the respective licenses provided by their creators. You agree to abide by these licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Q-webs Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors, bugs, or technical issues.

You may terminate our services at any time before the website goes live. However, if substantial work has been completed, we may charge a fee to cover the work done.
